I was told that it would take 3-5 days to get a new T-Box to me. , I reported the broken T-Box to Telstra on 15th December 2012. I’m appalled that I’m paying for equipment from Telstra that is faulty again and again and again. It is now 6 months again and the third T-Box needs to be replaced. My first T-Box didn’t work at all and the second T-Box broke down within 6 months. This is the third T-Box Telstra have had to supply in the past year. Do Telstra executives monitor this area? They should call me to find out what really happens in their organisation.
